No. Enquiries and viewing requests are completely free and carry no obligation. We do not take payments through the website.
Yes. We regularly assist buyers and investors living outside Nigeria. You can reach us by email, phone or WhatsApp, and we can arrange remote introductions to properties and, where available, virtual tours.
On any property page you can send an enquiry, request full details, message us on WhatsApp or call us. We will respond promptly with the information you need.
We are selective. We look for enduring architecture, strong locations, quality of construction and finish, and residences we would be proud to live in ourselves, quality over quantity.
